Jamba has signed an agreement with Viacom to create a closer cooporation between the two companies. In the agreement, Jamba (also known as Jamster in some countries) has received licenses to develop mobile content and mobile games around formats of MTV, VIVA, Nick and Comedy Central in Germany, Austria and Swiss. Both Viacom and Jamba will promote the products on these markets under both names. From what we understand from the German press release, VIVA will also launch a TV program revolving around ringtones produced by Jamba.
