Motorola is betting on Android for it's newest smartphones. To make sure they have enough backing from the Android development community, they opened up a special developer programme.
The programme contains two services. The first is the App Accelerator Program. It will give you early access to tools, devices and Android experts. It will even give you some additional marketing support.
The second is the MotoDev Studio. It's an IDE set up specially for the upcoming Motorola Handsets with Android support.
All details can be found over at their developer portal.
