Motorola acquired web app developer 280 North. 280 North developed a web app framework called Cappuccino that allows developers of web apps to push their apps onto various platforms.
This news comes from TechCrunch which expects the company to have been sold off at $20 Million. 280 North received only $250k in funding till now which signals a great exit for their investors. The deal took place at the start of this summer.
