Some might say Mobile Streams has gone nuts here, but they actually signed up for some pretty nice Peanuts as they licensed the cartoon series from United Media for use in a variety of mobile content like games.
Mobile Streams has licensed the content strictly for some geographical areas like Germany, Switzerland and Austria. In addition to mobile games, they will distribute mobile video content to support the brand on operator decks.
"Snoopy and the Peanuts gang are household names, and their huge appeal spans all age groups. I am pleased to add these characters to our cartoon catalogue, and hope they delight mobile fans throughout Germany, Switzerland and Austria," commented Martyn McGoun, EVP Europe at Mobile Streams.
