Mobile games aggregator Selatra steps into Flash Lite

December 5th, 2006 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Platforms: Adobe Flash & Air | 2 Comments »

Selatra has announced to start dealing arounf Flash Lite based mobile games. Selatra is the first bigger aggregator to announce this support which makes this look as an important step for a lot of developers out there, though for now Selatra works only with one developer called JRVisual.

“The games are aimed at the non core gamer, simple to play, yet hard to put away,” said Cronin. “We believe one thumb and casual gaming will become increasingly popular with consumers who want to take their PC console experience to the mobile and play the flash games they love on the go. We see market growing along non-traditional gamer lines and are extending this genre in our global catalogue.”

“We pride ourselves on being the first to provide mobile versions of these high quality games and working with Selatra will ensure those games reach the widest possible audience,” said Jose Rodriguez, Managing Director of JRVisuals. “We look forward to working closely with Selatra on further titles in the range for 2007.”
