Though Swisscom acquired 100% of Minick back in December 2006, it seems like Swisscom has sold Minick's UK office on to competitor Net-M.
When Swisscom announced the acquisition back in 2006, the company bought it from THQ who owned 50% of the Minick shares. It also informed us that there where no plans to change Minick.
One of the dedicated tasts of the company will be application development. The company will be backed by its development and porting team in Shanghai. It will also remain focussed at aggregating mobile games.
