In order to safe the company from going bankrupt, Midway has chosen to start selling some of it's main brands to the competition. The first license it has sold was Wheelman, next one is Mortal Kombat.
For every license which the company sells, the management is hauling in a nice cash bonus. After it sold Wheelman to Ubisoft, the management collected $ 497.500 in bonuses. When the company manages to sell Mortal Kombat, the management can divide another $ 3.257.500. It's unknown yet who will actually acquire the brand.
