Nintendo is not the only vendor planning a mass market autostereoscopic device. As it turns out, MeeGo, the JV of Intel and Nokia, is also planning its move into 3D.
The company prepares itself for the release of the first 3D capable devices in 2011 while LG is the only other vendor experimenting with 3D UI’s. If Nokia will put the first 3D phone in western hands, it could mean a lot of early adopters will put their iPhones in the drawer.
