It has been silent around MagMic for some time, but with their latest
release news, the company seems to start putting itself in the
spotlights again after years of doing work for hire projects.
Eagle Eye is a race-against-time thriller directed by DJ Caruso and executive-produced by Steven Spielberg starring Shia LaBeouf, Michelle Monaghan, Rosario Dawson, Michael Chiklis, Anthony Mackie and Billy Bob Thornton. The game has been designed in parallel with the movie’s climactic plot.
"It is unique for a mobile device to play a critical role in the movie’s storyline, and we’re delighted to work with Paramount Digital Entertainment to extend the Eagle Eye experience into the hands of the movie’s fans worldwide," said Nicholas Reichenbach, executive vice president of publishing for Magmic Games.
"Since its inception, Paramount Digital Entertainment has been focused on creating quality, interactive entertainment. The Eagle Eye mobile game is our latest effort to demonstrate that," states Sandi Isaacs, Senior Vice President Interactive, Paramount Digital Entertainment. "Magmic is a terrific developer and publisher and we are excited to work with them to launch the Eagle Eye mobile game."
