Mobile game developer Magmic has announced a new licensing deal with Fundex to bring five of their board, dice and card games to the mobile market, kicking of with Phase 10.
The licensing agreement spans three years in which Magmic has time to release the five games. Next to Phase 10, also Rummy Card will be launched quickly.
“Phase 10 has been played by millions of adults, families, and students, mainly in a traditional room setting, for the past 25 years,” said Fundex Director of Marketing, Daniel Sabato. “Now, Phase 10 is on a novel platform that recognizes a new generation of kids and adults who use cell phones and play anywhere, anytime. We are excited to work with an innovative game developer like Magmic to help us bring Phase 10 to this level as well as bring our other popular proprietary games to this platform.”
