The Kinetik doesn’t hook up with in-app advertising. Instead, the focus is on the ‘More Games’ section within your mobile game and use it for cross promotions.
When a player hits the more games tab in your game, the Kinetik service will provide a selection of mobile games, which you can filter, that might appeal to the consumer. For every recommendation your game does, you will get one back from the network.
Of course, there is a businessmodel behind it. The downloads are traded based on credits. Your game earns credits when you recommend another game and when some other game recommends you, you will be spending those credits. Kinekt takes an unknown percentage on those credit transactions and probably sells that capacity.
The Kinetik is available for both iOS and Android developers.
