This morning we received an e-mail detailing that an important part of the Fox Mobile management has left the company. Amongst those leaving are the CEO and COO.
The current Fox Mobile unit was formed in 2008 when Fox bought the last shares in Jamba/Jamster from Verisign. Since that time, the group announced a few times that it would be launching a new brand but after several delays, hardly anybody expects to see that launch over the next view months.
Now the CEO, COO and CMO are leaving (or have left already in some cases), the CFO (Mark Anderson) will be taking the helm. The CEO position will not be filled for now as well as the COO. The company did hire a new CMO , Christoph Hoerenz.
