JIL, the publishing platform behind Vodafone 360 and several other operator initiatives is open for business. Developers can start uploading their apps based on Javascript, CSS and Xhtml.
Developers are allowed to publish both free and paid apps but they need to purchase a certificate before being able to do so. A certificate costs $99 a year for a company or an individual.
