Some Russian developer has created a sort of porting tool for consumers that are unhappy about the low resolution of the mobile games they bought / the lack of touch screen support.
Now we haven't had the chance to test it ourselves, but if anybody is willing to give it a try and provide us the feedback, that would be welcome. For all we know, this tool might benefit small developers with their porting processes.
