Jamtris has been announced as winner of the developer competition set by free mobile games portal MobileRated.com.
The contest that ended on March, announced Jamtris as most downloaded game on its network. Jamos Games, the developer of the game, has won the grand prize of CAAD 500.
Jamtris creator Tomas Larsson commented, "Compared to regular open source computer software, writing an open source mobile phone game has proved to generate very little feedback. Therefore, getting feedback from MobileRated.com users and receiving recognition for my creation – in the form of this award – is highly valuable to me and has really motivated me to continue development of the new versions of the Jamtris game."
