Jamba, or Jamster for some of you, has announced to have put Mauro
Montanaro in place as the new CEO of the mobile entertainment and
gaming company where he replaces Lucy Hood.
Montanaro had previously served for 10 years at Nokia, where he served a variaty of key roles for developing the South-East Asian Pacific area. Montanaro will start off next month.
Montanaro said: “I am thrilled to be joining Jamba at a point in its evolution where we have a real opportunity to influence the future of mobile entertainment. The global market for wireless entertainment is exploding and we have the unique ability to produce, market and distribute mobile content and services globally. It’s an enviable position and I look forward to working closely with Lee and the teams in Los Angeles, Berlin and around the world to capitalise on it.”
