On Saturday, MGB was invited to the iPhone Unconference in Rotterdam. The event was organized by a company called Syntens with the objective of introducing app developer to each other and talk about their world.
All the more amazing was the presence of a ‘developer evangelist’ from Microsoft who decided to do a small introduction to the new Windows Phone 7 Series. Sadly enough he couldn’t share any juicy details yet, but from what we heard and seen (some of it is under embargo, sorry), MS is really building something that could have massive impact on the mobile game industry.
Besides Microsoft, there where small presentations from Layar and other innovative products for the App Store. Due to the small audience, developers gave each other direct feedback which helped to build a great atmosphere. The whole event was hosted by Aral Balkan, developer of AvIt.
Congratulations
