Since this weekend, consumers can pre-order the iPad in several markets. Though the device is compatible with each and every iPhone app on the app store, it will also get a dedicated section.
In this dedicated section, Apple will offer apps and games that are designed purely for the iPad hardware. Since this offering is much smaller at the start, it will offer developers a unique chance to conquer the hearts of the early adopters.
