Android’s growth seems unstoppable if we have to believe Informa. The analyst expects half a billion people will be using Android powered phones by 2015.
Key to growth is the possibility to deliver a great user experience against a low price as well as the competition between Google, RIM, Apple and Microsoft. Nokia will be the big loser. Nokia’s 53% ownership of the mobile market will sink to 32%. Android will outgrow Symbian in 2012.
