While Angry Birds have built up a huge reputation for building up huge revenue streams in small amounts of times, it seems Epic Games has beaten Rovio as Infinity Blade is the new fastest selling app on the App Store.
It is GamesIndustry who noticed that the game passed a quarter of a million registered useds on Game Center in about a week time. In total, 274.000 users sigend up. With a retailprice of $5,99, that is $.164 billion in revenues (including Appleās 30%). Epic Games responded with a tweet saying not all buyers use Game Center.
