November 25th, 2010 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Platforms: WebOS | No Comments »

HP will be replacing the Mojo application development framework with Enyo. Enyo is better prepared for app development within different form factors like tablets.

The first version of Enyo will ship early 2011 as HP is planning the first WebOS tablet around that time. Mojo will be phasing out over 2011.

Palm also announced that the Palm Pre+ and Palm Pixi+ will be updated to WebOS 2.0. The exact date they will be updated has not been provided.
