A new Pakistani startup is focusing at providing customer support services for app developers. The company hopes to deliver a low cost alternative to handling consumer complaints and comments.
The idea for the company originated from the lack of customer support in iTunes. When consumers want to report a problem, they are prompted to visit the website of the developer. At Help Me, developers can outsource their support in a couple of ways. Companies can hire complete support seats or pay per ticket. That last option would mainly appeal to small developers.
