Following the news earlier today, we contacted some people in the industry to see what impact the SonyEricsson / GetJar deal will be to current aggregators GlobalFun and HandyGames.
According to HandyGames, the new deal will not have a big effect on their business. Next to the GetJar channel, their premium games channel will keep offering mobile games directly to SE consumers (and they keep searching for new great content).
In regards to GlobalFun, we expect they will do the same as they have the same deal with SonyEricsson.
