We already wrote about the rumour of HandyGames being the second
aggregator for SonyEricsson’s Fun & Downloads platform. Yesterday,
the company confirmed the news.
The first aggregator for the portal announced the news several weeks back already. It was Globalfun. Back then, a lot of developers already pointed out to us that HandyGames was the second. However HandyGames never confirmed those rumors.
"We are very pleased about the confidence placed in our company and we are looking forward to a successful cooperation with Sony Ericsson", says Christopher Kassulke, CEO of the German publisher. "Due to our long lasting strategy "Quality instead of Quantity", we will succeed in presenting to our customers a high-value portfolio with games for mobile phones and applications."
CFO Udo Bausewein adds: "For our partners, a quick reporting and punctual payments are essential for a successful cooperation. With this approach we will create a foundation of trust for the future and so we will convince many new partners of our publishing and controlling departments’ competence."
