Mobile games and apps portal Handster has added global SMS billing to their payment offering. The company is easing up the process even more by bypassing registration by consumers.
We gave the system a quick test run, and it actually works pretty well. Once you have selected a product, you choose ‘pay by SMS’ and a pop-up asking for your phone number will launch. After entering your mobile number in local format, it will send an SMS you have to reply to. Once confirmed, it will start charging.
By adding this service, the company hopes to grow its market share in countries like India and China where there is a lack of credit cards and PayPal accounts.
Congratulations
