Hands-On is back with a brand new mobile pool game, taking place in a characteristic night club setting and in full 3D.
Trickshot Hustler allows gamers to enter a tournament against a series of diverse artificial intelligence characters. When selecting their game, players are given the choice of the three most popular rules for pool: U.K. 8 ball, U.S. 8 ball and 9 ball.
“Pool games have proven themselves to be incredibly popular and Trickshot Hustler brings a fresh and exciting new take on the genre,” said Greg Robinson, General Manager, EMEA for Hands-On Mobile. “Trickshot Hustler is an easy to pick-up, arcade title that is perfect for short bursts of play. It should be extremely popular with both pool fans and causal gamers alike.”
Gamers looking for quick challenges can play a single game, setting how much virtual money they wish to stake, or play quick modes to pull off their own trickshots and pot balls from impossible angles. If a player runs out of time midway through a tournament, they can quit the game and return to take their shots later. For players on the move with friends, Trickshot Hustler’s offline multiplayer option offers a chance to get everyone involved in the game. Up to four friends can compete on the same mobile in Party Play mode, working as two teams against each other.
Trickshot Hustler has received excellent reviews, including Pocket Gamer, which gave the game a bronze award and said “The variety of pool types, with US and UK 8 ball and 9 ball, complemented by those obligatory trick shots, means it should outlast your cue cravings.”
Hands-On Mobile plans to release a multiplayer version of Trickshot Hustler later in the year which will allow fans to compete in live connected games over the network against other real players.
