In order to increase their porting and distribution speed, Handmark has announced that it will acquire Freerange Communications somewhere along the next few weeks.
With Freerange's technology, Handmark will have much less trouble to port their applications onto various devices. By acquiring Freerange, Handmark will grow to 175 employees.
