GoTV has snapped up Hands-On’s HOMBRE division. This division was responsible for the creation of applications for brands like Nascar, Operah, Sprint Football Live and Verizon NFL Draft.
The acquisition is on basis of an equity swap, meaning Hands-On receives a stake in GoTV in return for the HOMBRE division. The staff will remain seated where they are but are expected to continue their work on the payroll of GoTV. The future of the remainder of Hands-On is unclear at the moment.
