Though the company was somewhat unsuccessful in selling their nexus devices directly to consumers (mainly due to customer support), rumours say Google is now planning a webshop for Android tablets.
The webshop should start selling Google’s Nexus tablets and tablets preferred by Google like the Motorola Xoom. With the webshop, Google hopes to increase Android’s footprint in the tablet market what is currently dominated by iOS devices.
If and when the webshop will launch is unknown as well as the countries it will deliver to (it will probably start in the US).
