Google Announces In-App Payments on Android Market

During their press event last night, Google announced the support for in-app payments in Android Market. With the release of in-app payments, developers can trial their iOS strategies on Android.

When in-app payments are launched exactly is unknown, but it will be in Q1 and Google already tapped Disney to showcase the tech in their TapTap Revenge 4 game. It took Disney 5 days to integrate in-app payments into their app.
