Google’s shopping spree is still far from over. This time, the giant bought BlindType, software that helps consumers get the best from their on-screen keyboard.
Kinda’ like T9, BlindType is guessing which words a consumer is inputting, but aimed more at on-screen keyboards instead of numpads. When a user inputs several wrong characters, BlindType will suggest the right ones. In combination with Swipe, this technology could speed up mobile text input.
