Mobile game developer and publisher GlobalFun has announced that it will be adding Mikael Nerde to its board of directors. Mikael used to be head of applications acquisitions and content planning at SonyEricsson.
This move from GlobalFun to hire Mikael is far from strange. GlobalFun is one of the two content providers to SonyEricsson, so the two should have a good relation. Next to that, a lot of content companies hire their former operator contacts. Examples are MoConDi who had hired their H3G contact in Italy and IndiaGames that hired the content manager of Vodafone UK a few years back.
