Most of you probably still remember Matt Spall’s mobile games company called Morpheme. Around the time he sold it to Eidos, he also changed the name and strategy. From that time on, the company was a general casual game developer under the name of Gimme5Games and would not touch mobile until…
Today as we noticed that the company published their Balloon Headed Boy on the iPhone. Playora, the publishing arm of Gimme5Games, publishes the game on it. We don’t know why Matt decided to return to mobile. He was a J2me developer facing fragmentation, and now he’s an iPhone developer facing saturation… but it’s good to see him get back into the game.
