GetJar signed a new deal with Rogers, the Canadian carrier, to facilitate their App Store. This latest deal will certainly grow the userbase of GetJar and will be a welcome addition to developers on it.
Over the past years, GetJar has been growing from small app channel to a multinational that facilitates storefronts for operators, vendors and others. GetJar generates over 60 million downloads every month.
“We are very excited that Rogers is working and cooperating with GetJar to meet the demands of its customers,” said Ilja Laurs, founder and CEO of GetJar. “This agreement, much like our recent announcement with Sprint Nextel, allows Rogers to immediately connect all its customers with over 60,000 free applications with very little effort.”
Congratulations
