Following the spectacular Comes with Music offering on various mobile phones, Nokia seems to be targeting their next move toward mobile gamers with their Comes with Games offering.
This rumor has been reported by Stuart Dredge from Pocket Gamer, who is currently roaming the GC in Leipzich. After a short chat with him this morning, he confirmed that the rumors are all around, and he’s pretty sure they will come true. We also chatted to various other contacts at the GC who confirmed the rumors as well.
The Comes with Games promo comes as a surprise, not only to companies in the mobile games industry, but also operators. This tactic might drive a lot of on-deck traffic directly to Nokia. Operators fear that a lot of traffic will be lost. Operators already lost a lot of traffic to N-Gage and the on-device content discovery application.
