With Windows Phone 7 being prepared for a release next quarter, Microsoft took the time to present the first batch of Live enabled games that will be available to consumers.
Consumers will not only see games from the Microsoft Game Studios we talked about a few weeks back, but also from many publishers and developers we know from platforms like Apple’s App Store.
“Windows Phone 7 is the launch of a major gaming platform for Microsoft,” said Matt Booty, general manager of mobile gaming for MGS. “Just like we’ve done with Xbox 360, our charter is to push the envelope and deliver definitive games that maximise the platform. We will have an incredible line-up of MGS titles, and that’s just the beginning.”
