From India we received word that Gameloft is preparing it’s catalogue
to enter one of the biggest consumer markets available, India.
To properly enter the market, the catalogue games are being localized and Gameloft’s Hydebarat studio seems to even be building games purely aimed at the Indian market. The focus would be on Hini TV shows.
“We now experience a strike rate of 2,000 game downloads from our association with Vodafone and Airtel in India. This is low compared to developed markets where three games get download every second,” Gameloft Software country manager (India) Ravi Kumar said.
