EA’s FY 2008-2009

May 6th, 2009 by Arjan Olsder Posted in Companies & M&A | 1 Comment »

Ea-mobile EA announced their full year results over their financial year 2008-2009. Though cost reductions are still ongoing, mobile seems to be performing well for the company.

Over this fiscal year, the adjusted revenues dropped 33% to $609 Million (from $919 million). EA's mobile unit looks much better as it recorded a 24% year-on-year growth in revenues to $189 million. The fourth quarter alone grew 14% year-on-year to $48 million. The difference between their Q3 and Q4 was minimal, linking directly to the economic climate.
