EA Mobile is taking Need for Speed out of the underground scene with the release of Need for Speed ProStreet Mobile, due for release end of this month.
For the mobile release, EA inserted 16 officially licensed racing cars to take on 8 rivals on a total of 11 racing tracks. During the game, players win cash which they can spend in the tuning shop to upgrade their car.
"We are very excited to release another great mobile version of this racing franchise that is so popular with our fans," said Travis Boatman, VP of Worldwide Studios at EA Mobile(TM). "Need for Speed ProStreet delivers the adrenaline-fueled racing and drifting that you’ve come to expect from the Need For Speed franchise, while offering accessible gameplay and controls designed specifically for mobile phones."
