EA Mobile has announced to be acquiring the assets of Hands-On Korea. Through the acquisition, EA Mobile hopes to strengthen their position in the Asian mobile games market.
After the acquisition, the Hands-On Korea studio will proceed under the name of EA Mobile Korea. Gilbert Kim, the current head of Hands-On Korea will continue it’s current role under EA Mobile.

"Hands-On Mobile Korea brings us a great leadership team, proven studio talent, and outstanding carrier and OEM handset manufacturer relationships."
