Dragonplay, a developer specialized in mobile gambling on Android devices, has raised $14 million to expand their business. The studio is likely to use the money for acquisitions and expansion onto iOS.
The biggest success of the developer is the free game Live Holdem Poker Pro that attracted 12 million downloads through Google Play.
Dragonplay is based in Tel-Aviv and attracted the money from Entree Capital and Accel. Accel also invested in outfits like Rovio ($42 million) and Playfish. Dragonplay consists of 23 employees.
