Last week, we reported on the game Duck Hunt that was kicked off of Apple's App Store on behalf of Nintendo. This week, it's Cu*bert that will be kicked out the door on behalf of Sony.
The mobile game is a straight copy of the original Q*Bert game from Gottleib (1982). A few years back, electronics and entertainment giant Sony managed to snap up the rights and is now defending it.
The Cu*bert game was released by an Italian studio called LagMac. The company sold the title for $ 1.99. The company still advertises it's availability on it's site.
