As many know, Windows Phone 7 only had a full launch in several bigger markets while smaller markets do sell the WP7 hardware without having any WP7 services attached to it.
Consumers have now started a petition demanding Microsoft to at least make one Windows Marketplace globally available. The interesting bit is that Microsoft has announced more markets to go live early 2011. With payments for developers arriving early, we expect the global rollout to be in line with the planning, which means many countries will receive a local marketplace early 2011.
