This morning we received an e-mail from Connect2Media's marketing manager Stephen Hey. Inhis e-mail, he responded to the announcements from Apple last night.
I'm sure you've been as excited as I have today listening to what Mr Jobs and our friends at Apple have been up to.
Personally it is good news I think certainly the App Genius is great – just what is needed to aid discovery for consumers searching the 75,000 apps out there. I will be very interested to see how it works in reality. Also the new look App Store is a joy to behold (especially as our very own 'Timeloop' is still featured in the UK 'New & Noteworthy' section.
The new chart will be very interesting to read too with its 'top grossing' metric which will give us a real picture of the value of App sales. It is also significant that games were given such attention in the presentation, an encouraging fact indeed.
Finally I have noticed that the upgrade to 3.1 for iPod touch is now only
