When it comes to stacking blocks, Tetris is by far the most popular casual game available today. Though a real second best has never been defined, Lumines might qualify for those honors and C2M will take that game mobile.
Though Lumines is already available on the iPhone, there are still a whole lot of devices that haven’t been covered by the game. This is where Connect2Media comes in. The company will take Lumines to a large variety of mobile platforms.
“Lumines is a unique product,” said CEO Eric Hobson. “With the work we did on the Guitar Hero franchise, in the last couple of years, we established the fact that popular music games could really thrive on mobile devices. Now, with Lumines, we are set to take advantage of advances in technology and create a new benchmark in mobile music led games.”
Creator of Lumines, Tetsuya Mizuguchi, said “We are very excited about working with Connect2Media on Lumines. They have a truly global reach, expertise and record of innovation on mobile platforms that matches our philosophy at Q.”
Congratulations
