Cellfish Media has announced the acquisition of Canada based branded content pioneer Airborne Mobile. This is the third time the companies changes ownership.
In 2005, Airborne was sold to a Japanese company, only to be bought back in 2008 by the original management. Now, roughly two years later, it is Cellfish Media that swallows the unit and rebrands it to Airborne Studios.
