Unity Engine 3 Revealed

Unity has launched the third instance of its successful 3D engine for iOS, Mac, Android, PC, PS3, Wii, X360 and Webbrowsers. Unity Engine 3 had been delayed several times already.

Gameloft did 20 Million Downloads on the App Store

Gameloft announced that the company did 20 million downloads since it started selling games on Apple’s App Store back in 2008. They now have over 100 titles online.

iPad Goes on Sale in South America and China

iSwifter, the OnLive for Flash Gaming on iOS

Apple Closing the Gap with Nintendo in the US

Research from NewZoo shows that Apple is closing the gap between them and Nintendo in the US as Apple has registered over 40 million iOS gamers while Nintendo has 41 million gamers tied to their DS range of consoles.
