Google Announces Android Market Stats

While Androlib recently estimated that the 100.000th Android app would be uploaded later this month, Google is a bit more careful with their numbers. They say they currently have 70.000 apps in the market.

Samsung’s Wave & Galaxy S Hit the Million

Android Market Expands to Korea

Androlib: Android Market to Reach 100K Apps in July

DS Effects Betting Big on HTML 5

According to PG, Italian developer DS Effects is betting big on HTML5 apps and games for the iOS platform. The Italians have already released over 150 games for HTML5.

ComScore: Android Continues Growth in US
