Graeme Ferguson, global head of content development At Vodafone UK, resigned from his job. Vodafone will replace him with Dirk Wierzbitzki. It’s unclear if this is because of the major reorganization.

Keith McCurdy makes a quick jump to COO

Player X polishes US team with new VP

Player X is boosting it’s US salesforce by adding Scott Meyer to the team. Scot, who has previously worked at companies like In-Fusio and Real Networks, will operate in the team as the new VP.

"I look forward to being part of the team that expands Player X’s success into this market place." Said Scott Meyer.

Jamdat’s main 3 to leave

Moconews reports that all three co-founders of Jamdat (now EA Mobile) are leaving the company. Scott Lahman, Zack Norman and Austin Murray already left. Mitch Lasky, former CEO of Jamdat, now CEO of EA Mobile will stay however. The news is not official yet, but knowing MoCoNews, it will soon.

Ed Lang from SE to Playboy Mobile

MoCoNews today announced the move of Ed Lang from Sony Mobile to Playboy Mobile. Ed’s task will be to improve business as Playboy has a hard time getting well positioned into the US market. MoCoNews suggests a possible D2C move.

From Blaze to Hands-On: Keith McCurdy

Industry veteran Keith McCurdy has signed for a new position at Hands-On. Keith already worked in the entertainment industry for 20 years where his most recent position was as CEO for Blaze (Kayak interactive). Before that Keith fulfilled several positions in EA. Keith started July 17th. Till date, Blaze hasn’t announced a replacement.
