KongZhong Acquires Simlife

KongZhong Corporation announced that it is to acquire the entire issued share capital of Simlife International, Inc. Upon the closing of the acquisition, Simlife would become a wholly-owned subsidiary of KongZhong.

Glu’s Stock Climbing Fast, but Why?
